Refund Policy

DONATION REFUND POLICY:

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us.

Blessing Today will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. We may also seek further information/documents and donors must cooperate in this regard.

However, Blessing Today is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations.

If you would like your donation to Blessing Today to be refunded, you must request by email or phone for a refund within 3 days from the date on which you made the donation i.e. the date on which you:

Made the donation online, electronically, or through other means, OR Handed over the cheque/demand draft, OR Despatched the cheque/demand draft to Blessing Today by other means.

We will need the following details pertaining to the donation by email:

  • 1. Date of donation
  • 2. Donation amount
  • 3. If a donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide details
  • 4. If a donation was made through a credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
  • 5. If a donation was made online, please provide a transaction-id

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

All decisions of Blessing Today in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
